Ownership & Payment: Title to all merchandise remains with us until full payment has been received and cleared. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not completed or if fraud is suspected.

Legal & Collection Fees: In the event that legal action is required to recover any outstanding balances, the purchaser agrees to cover all associated costs, including attorney’s fees, court fees, and collection agency charges.

Indemnification: By purchasing from us, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of any purchased equipment or product.

Special Orders & Custom Items: Special-order and custom items are final sale and non-refundable.

We aim to ship all in-stock orders promptly. Shipping timelines and rates will vary depending on product availability, order volume, and destination.

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods: We offer a range of domestic shipping options. Customers can choose their preferred method at checkout. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery Services: We offer local delivery options for select orders. Please contact sales@cfg.rentals for a custom delivery quote.

Damage or Loss: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage or shipping discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the shipping carrier.

🔄 Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and must include all manuals, accessories, and packing materials.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Special-order and custom items
  • Canned air, aerosols, paint
  • Surveillance headsets and earpieces
  • Adhesive tapes, batteries, bulbs
  • Foamcore, gatorboard, and custom-cut materials

Restocking Fees: Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, depending on the condition of the item and packaging.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. In-store cash refunds over $100 will be issued via mailed check. Store credit is also available upon request.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
